Veterinarian Social Media Management


Laveen Veterinary Center was in business for one year, prior to reaching out to Twist Agency. They reached out when they decided to open their second vet hospital, Phoenix Veterinary Center. Having two hospitals was a lot on their plate, leaving little room for social media marketing. They had a small presence on Facebook but were looking to grow and gain a new revenue stream.

After understanding the veterinarian's goals, Twist Agency created a Facebook ad campaign with the main goal of getting new patients in the door, and the secondary goal to push specific services. With call to actions and visual elements, these ads directed all traffic to book appointments from the veterinarian's Facebook page. The ad campaigns were very successful, garnering new clients, and a consistent revenue stream that never existed before.

The content development strategy included something like this: every week, 2 call to actions, 2 informative posts, 2 enterainment posts and 1 post that would feature a real patient or a behind-the-scenes look to capture the human aspect of the business'. The social plan was mapped out well in advance so that both vet hospitals could plan their marketing around the time of year or what they wanted to focus on. The content development strategy was the perfect compliment to their paid strategy. From shares to comments, every single post has organic engagement among the current and a new set target audience.
